Greetings!

I count it such a honor to continue to be the Director of the Ladies Ministries here at New Beginnings.  Five years ago when I first began as Director, only four ladies attended the meetings, today fifteen to eighteen ladies attend most meetings. God is really blessing my ministry. He is so amazing! By nature, I guess I’m more emotional than most but as I think, pray, and prepare for my ministry, this song comes to my mind, “Amazing love, how can it be, that you my King should die for me?” I can’t comprehend God’s love, I don’t deserve it, but wherever I go and whatever I do, I count on it. All I have to do is receive His love and that’s true for all of us. Regardless of your situation, God is reaching out for you. If you have unfulfilled hopes and dreams, God will guide you. If you are troubled in heart and mind, He will comfort you. If you are struggling physically, God’s love will strengthen you. If you are far from God in disobedience and sin, He will make a way back. This is what I pray and want for my ministry. “God’s amazing love.”

Ladies if you are not attending our meetings, I encourage you to come and join us. Our meetings are on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the church Fellowship Hall. Our goal is to minister to the needs of the church ladies to encourage their growth to spiritual maturity. We also fellowship with food and conversation.

We have one fundraiser each year. Our annual “Gospel Sing” for the purpose of beautifying our church. This year it will be an outdoor event with the help of the Men’s Ministries, thank you brothers. Each ministry will also be helping in this event.

The ladies serve a breakfast for the community at the Franklinton Senior Center the last Saturday morning in August. Come and support us. God will bless and love you.
